FACILIDADE DE FAZER NEGÓCIOS NA ÁFRICA ORIENTAL E AUSTRAL
A conferência sobre FACILIDADE DE FAZER NEGÓCIOS NA ÁFRICA ORIENTAL E AUSTRAL visa a partilha de experiências sobre reformas efectuadas em diversos países, para a melhoria do ambiente de negócios no país. Empresários e especialistas de 25 países da África Oriental e Austral estão reunidos, desde ontem até à próxima quarta-feira, em Maputo, para a partilha de conhecimentos com vista a impulsionar a actividade das Pequenas e Médias Empresas.
A cerimónia de abertura foi dirigida pelo ministro da indústria e comércio, Armando Inroga, que fez saber que, desde 2011, o país realizou reformas profundas, com destaque para o licenciamento industrial e reforma comercial, com vista a melhorar o ambiente de negócios e o posicionamento de Moçambique no “Doing Business”.
“Com o objectivo de simplificar o processo de abertura de empresas, Moçambique realizou reformas consubstanciadas na criação de um formulário único, pelo conselho de ministros, em 2013, que agregou num só modelo o licenciamento e atribuição de um número único fiscal, o que permitam que, em qualquer lugar, possam desenvolver a actividade económica sem precisar de nenhum outro registo. Este ano, o Governo aprovou o regulamento da actividade industrial, com vista a que os custos das PME pudessem ser feitos ao nível central dos municípios, distritos e províncias”, disse Inroga. Segundo o representante da Confederação das associações económicas (CTA), Rui Monteiro, neste momento, um dos grandes desafios para às PME tem que ver com o acesso ao crédito.

EASE OF DOING BUSINESS IN THE EAST AND SOUTHERN AFRICA
The conference on EASE OF DOING BUSINESS IN THE EAST AND SOUTHERN AFRICA aim to share experiences on reforms undertaken in many countries for improve the business environment. Thus entrepreneurs and experts from 25 countries in Eastern and Southern Africa are gathered from yesterday until Wednesday in Maputo, to share knowledge in order to boost the activity of Small and Medium Enterprises.
The ceremony was opened by the Minister of Industry and Trade, Armando Inroga, which stated that, since 2011, the country has made substantial reforms, especially in the industrial and commercial licensing reform to improve the business environment and the positioning of Mozambique in "Doing Business".
"With the aim of simplifying the process of starting a business, Mozambique held reforms oriented in the creation of a single form, the council of ministers in 2013, which added a single model of licensing and assignment of a unique tax number, which allow that, anywhere, to develop economic activity without any other record. This year, the government approved the regulation of commercial activity with a view to the costs of SMEs could be made at the central level of municipalities, districts and provinces, "said Inroga.
